Patient InfoYour First VisitKitchener Physiotherapy & Wellness; providing physiotherapy and massage therapy to residents of Kitchener, ON, starts your first visit by conducting a thorough subjective history and objective assessment to evaluate your injury or condition. We will then recommend a customized program of care and discuss it with you. Under normal circumstances, you can expect to receive your first physiotherapy treatment at that visit with your initial evaluation. Please wear loose-fitting comfortable clothing that allows the physiotherapist to access the area of your injury or pain. Please bring any prescriptions or notes from your doctor as well as a list of any prescribed or over-the-counter medications you take regularly.
Motor Vehicle AccidentFrom head injuries to whiplash to musculoskeletal issues resulting from motor vehicle accidents, we will work as a team with your physician, insurance providers and other health professionals to assist in your healing and rehabilitation.
